1. How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders received till 2:00pm will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 2.00pm or on non-working days will be dispatched on the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days depending on the location of delivery. Delivery will be done only at the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

2. How are the delivery charges calculated?

We charge a flat non-refundable shipping charge of Rs 100 for all orders below Rs 999. Orders of Rs 999 and above are shipped free of cost for (Pre-Paid Customer).

We charge a non-refundable COD fee of INR 100 on all orders.

Note:- We do not process Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders above Rs. 7000/-

3. How Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email and/or SMS which will include a unique tracking number that you can use to track your parcel. You can track your order using the tracking number http:xyz…….

4. Do I have to pay any other taxes and/or fees?

All taxes and other fees/charges are included in the price of the order.

5. What if the product received is in damaged condition/Faulty/incorrect Item?

If you have received an order in damaged condition, products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt of orders.

If you wish to place an return or exchange request. Kindly go to the website and choose the return option and fill in your Order Id and E-mail id use to placed the order. Kindly ensure to upload the images at least 3 for us to analysis the condition of the product. Return/Exchange request placed without the images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 7 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Order cancellation or change in order can be done till the order has not been dispatched. Please email us at customercare@spyby.in mentioning your Order ID.
