Return Policy

Return your product in just a few clicks. Please enter your order number and email / mobile number to continue. You can return items purchased from Spyby website for any reason within 15 days of receiving the product. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its original condition along with tags, and packaging.

The process to return the product to us:
• Pick-up: We offer a free pick-up service. You will see a pickup option when you submit a return request.
• Once the product is received at our warehouse and after the quality check, we will confirm that we have received your product and your refund will be processed.
• All refunds will be credited to your source account within 7-10 days from the time of order returned.
• If you have made online payment via any mode, the amount will be refunded to the source you have opted to do the payment.
• In the case of Cash on Delivery, you will be requested for your bank account details in which you will be receiving the amount.

The following are the do’s and don’ts of this Policy:-
• Any product to be returned must be unused and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
• In case you have purchased an item that has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
• spyby will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, spyby would not be accountable for the misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the user.
